Write to us

For brokers replying to a file, readers reporting an error, and everyone else.

Prepare a correction report

The operator’s public contact address has not been supplied. You can prepare, copy and download a report here; this form does not send messages.

Do not include passwords, identity documents or private account details.

Reporting a measurement error

Include the broker file URL, the test, the sample date and a concise explanation of what appears wrong. If you have supporting material, describe it first. Do not include passwords, full account numbers, payment card details or identity documents in an initial message.

A broker's right of reply

A response should identify the audited entity and the result it addresses. Distinguish factual corrections from a different interpretation of the test. The reply belongs beside the recorded findings so readers can assess both.

What happens next

A person checks the report against the underlying record. If a published figure needs correction, the new value and reason appear in the file and the corrections log. Sending a message does not automatically publish it or change a result.

Evidence comes first.

Read each result with its date, method and account conditions. If something is unclear, inspect the log or ask the research desk.
