Start after the requested documents are submitted
Our verification clock begins when every requested document has been submitted. Time spent gathering documents is not attributed to the broker. The approval message stops the clock. If an additional request changes the process, the notes should make that visible.
Country and entity matter
A brand can operate through several legal entities, each with different onboarding requirements. A result from one tester's country may not describe the process available to you. The audit file records the entity and country when that context has been supplied.
A quick approval is not a quality score
We time a defined process. We do not infer the strength of compliance checks from the duration, and we do not treat a request for more documentation as evidence of poor service. Read what happened before interpreting the number.
Protect the underlying documents
Identity documents contain information that should not be public. Published evidence must be redacted. The useful evidence is the dated submission and approval record, not a reader's ability to inspect a tester's passport or address.
Keep missing results explicit
If verification has not finished or no usable sample has arrived, the result is not measured. An empty cell must never become a zero-hour approval. The dated file and updates log distinguish work in progress from a completed test.
